Hayley underwent Two-Phase treatment. She started Phase I treatment at age seven to correct her bite and create space for her permanent teeth to come in. After almost five years off from braces, she underwent her second phase of treatment to broaden her arches and straighten out her teeth. Total time in treatment: 27 months. She did not require any tooth extractions or the use of headgear or palatal expanders.
