Chrissy, Scheduling Coordinator
As the Scheduling Coordinator, I am one of the first to greet patients with a smile when they arrive in the office or give us a call on the phone! I have been in the orthodontic field since 2010 and I’m enjoying every minute of it. I have the benefit of knowing that I do my part to help make sure every appointment is fun and that every person who walks through the door feels at home here. The best part of my job is seeing the end of treatment smiles that Dr. Jeff and our great team create!
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband Dan and sons TJ & Junior. We spend most of our free time watching the boys play sports. When we are not at sports events with the kids, I enjoy reading and scrapbooking.

Morgen, New Patient Treatment Coordinator
I’m brand new to the world of orthodontics and loving it! I attended Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and received a dual degree in Counseling and Psychology. Most recently I provided Public and Media Relations for a green biofuel company in Boston, MA. Now, as the New Patient Treatment Coordinator, I am dedicated to providing a dynamic experience that is informative, educational and fun for all who encounter Kozlowski Orthodontics. I also strive to create strong alliances with local referring doctors, patients and surrounding communities. There’s so much I love about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics including my team’s passion, Dr. Jeff’s emphasis on continuing education and learning opportunities, but what I REALLY love most is building strong relationships and smiles with our patients and the communities in which we serve. The Koz family grows and transforms everyday and I value that.
When I’m not in the office I consider myself a culinary genius, gardening aficionado, step-mom, fiancée, hockey and football fan, avid recycler and a tv-guru.

Karen A, Observation Treatment Coordinator
I have the privilege of following patients who are not quite ready for either Phase I or full treatment. I meet with them every six months and take a new set of photos and x-rays (when needed). When a patient is ready for treatment I prepare them for their treatment plan. I also assist with the marketing of our practice. I’ve been in orthodontics for almost 10 years now and actually started my dentistry career in an orthodontics office when I was in high school! My favorite thing about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics is being able to introduce a patient and their family to the wonderful results that orthodontic treatment can give them and preparing them for their journey.
I live in Waterford with my husband Bob. We love sunny warm weather and being outdoors as much as possible. We have a family of golden retrievers (Cooper, Ozzie and Rocky) ranging in age from puppy to 14 years old that keep us very busy, we also have two cats (Kirby and Bosley) who put up with all of the canines! We enjoy spending time with our daughter Caitlin, her husband Jake and their golden retriever, Howie.

Laurie, Financial Coordinator
As the Financial Coordinator, I am in charge of the patient and insurance accounts in the office. I first began my financial career in 1998 at Washington Trust. I began working in orthodontics in 2002 and have been with Kozlowski Orthodontics since Dr. Jeff opened his doors in 2008. My favorite thing about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics is getting to know families and their histories and really making a connection.
When I’m not in the office, my husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors with our black lab and two girls. We also like to dabble in the kitchen.

Lauren, Communications Coordinator
I am new to both Connecticut and Kozlowski Orthodontics. I have lived in NYC for the last ten years and I have always had a passion for marketing and working with people. I held marketing roles in several companies during my time in New York. I am excited to be part of the Kozlowski Orthodontics team. I know first hand the difference that a healthy, confident smile can make on your life and self confidence. I look forward to working with the Koz community and help bring great ideas to life. The thing I enjoy most about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics is being part of such an amazing tight-knit team who truly believe in treating everyone who walks through the front door as one of the family. The Koz team is dedicated to providing the best care to all of our patients and it shows in all of the confident smiles that walk out of our doors.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy cooking, reading and spending time with my fiancé Kris and our cat, BK. I enjoy doing arts and crafts and dream of installing a dark room in my house so I can print my own black and white photography.

Kelly, Clinical Coordinator
After graduating from the dental assisting program at Tunxis Community College in 2003, I knew that I wanted to spend my future specializing in orthodontics. Orthodontics appealed to me because I love the relationships you get to develop with your patients and their families. So many times throughout the years I have been honored to be a part of someone’s treatment and change their life in such a positive way. I’ve been working with Dr. Jeff for nine years, and have been at Kozlowski Orthodontics as the Clinical Coordinator since we opened our doors in 2008. I love spending my days with a tight-knit team and the world’s greatest patients.
When I’m not in the office, I love to ride bikes and walk my Maltese / Shih Tzu puppy. During the short New England summers I enjoy camping and picnicking at any of CT’s beautiful state parks with my three children Francesca, Ian and Daniella.

As a clinical assistant, I work side by side with Dr. Jeff to help create healthy, confident smiles. I’ve worked in orthodontics since Dr. Jeff opened his practice in 2008. The thing I love most about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics is making people smile! I enjoy working with my hands and getting messy in the lab. I love working in a family-friendly environment.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my son Silas, playing sports in the yard, working on puzzles and making crafts. I also enjoy mountain bike riding and doing anything artsy!

As a clinical assistant, I work closely with patients on a daily basis. I began my dentistry career in 1995 and started specializing in orthodontics in 2003. What I love most about working at Kozlowski Orthodontics is my hands-on interaction with patients. I love getting to know each patient and feeling like a part of their family. I love when patients come in excited for their appointments because they love being here. Watching their smiles and personalities transform is amazing!
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my husband and two sons. We love the beach and all activities that involve the water. During football season, you can find us cheering on our favorite teams - The Saint Louis Rams and The University of Alabama.

I spend my days taking extra special care of our patients, working with them to perfect their smiles. I have been working in dentistry since 2007 and began working at Kozlowski Orthodontics in May 2011. My favorite thing about Kozlowski Orthodontics is working with my team. They are all amazing people and very kind. I also love seeing our patients’ beautiful smiles transform. I adore making them smile.
When I’m not in the office, I love to spend time with my husband Stephen and two kids Peter and Makenzie. I also love to read, run 5K races, cook, bake and take care of my horse.

Renee, Registered Dental Hygienist
I am the Dental Hygienist here at Kozlowski Orthodontics. I help our patients take spectacular care of their smiles. I am fairly new to the Kozlowski Orthodontics team. However I have a long history in dentistry. In 2005 I graduated from Tunxis with a degree in science and dental hygiene, prior to that I was a dental assistant for 14 years. I love working with our patients. A lot of care goes into maintaining a smile in braces and I get to help with that. Working in a friendly and positive environment is just awesome. A truly great team of people!
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy anytime spent with my family and friends. I love the ocean and going to the beach. My college-age daughters and I spend time together cooking and shopping. I’m a bit of a food network junkie, I love riding our Harley Davidson with my husband and my favorite season is fall thanks to the Patriots!
